Play Digital Consulting was an initiative that was born LEGO® Digital transformation process (its initial name was Let's Lego Play), it actively worked in the creation of transformational models in different areas of an organization, covering from Strategy, Processes, Technology and Management Human.
During that process, he created a digital workbench with MIT Lab, Toyota, Harvard Business School, Gartner, Open Group, and Agile Alliance to develop different and novel digital evolution frameworks. From all this work was born the Lego Evolve methodology, which is the cornerstone of most of the transformational services offered by Play Digital Consulting.
Today we have a direct and indirect presence in more than 22 countries offering transformational capabilities in different areas of organizations, working together with their partners, who created the base methodology Gartner, OpenGroup, BIAN, ACORD, TMForum, NRF, Lean Institute, Toyota among others
We are considered a new generation digital consultancy, incorporating unique elements and philosophies that were born from the LEGO® model itself, such as Cognitiveness, Digital CoWorking, decoupling among many other concepts that we are leading worldwide.
