Play Digital Consulting works within OMG's HealthCare team to contribute to the creation of the standards and implement them in both public and private healthcare organizations.
healthcare
The main challenge facing the healthcare sector is to evolve to the level of modernization of its organizational models, operating processes and associated technology. To this end, there is the Smart Healthcare initiative sponsored by several organizations, including OMG, to define programs and standards that allow the healthcare sector to evolve progressively.
In this regard there are several projects considered strategic within the sector such as the transformation of process-oriented HealthCare (eBPM HealthCare), health interoperability (HL7 Standards), as well as the Single Patient Record (Universal Patient Record), all this combined with the technological evolution of health organizations towards models more oriented to hybrid architectures.

Capabilities
ehealth agility
A transcendental point in healthcare organizations is to modernize their operating model, since they come from very hierarchical structures and with little relationship between the different types of collaborators that exist in these organizations (Medical, Nursing, Administrative, Managerial, Third Party). For this same reason, the agility model in health (eHealth Agile) created by Agile Alliance is being used by Play Digital Consulting to implement the adoption of agility in this diverse and complex sector.
ehealth interoperability
The great challenge currently facing governmental organizations is to be able to have a comprehensive view of the patient's vision and history, not only at the level of the healthcare center, but also at a global level in what is a global healthcare interoperability model. In order to achieve this goal (both locally and globally), standards such as HL7 and DICOM have been created worldwide. That is why Play Digital Consulting in conjunction with the HL7 Consortium is working on models of governance and implementation of the health interoperability model based on these standards.

Another fundamental point for the digital success of a healthcare organization is to transform it from a silo orientation to a process orientation, for this you have to define a process governance framework and then create the automation chain between the different silos that make up a healthcare organization. To this end, Play Digital Consulting works with OMG in the eHealth BPM Group to support organizations both methodologically and at the implementation level in their process-oriented transformation strategy.
omnichannel patient experience
The goal is to create an omnichannel experience for patients, where they can feel a proactive and multiple communication model to manage their appointments, tests and results, as well as to receive proactive information from the corresponding healthcare entities.
To this end, creating a Digital/Traditional experience remains the main challenge for the healthcare sector, generating digital channels (websites, specific apps, chatbot, social networks) and enhancing traditional channels by combining the automation of processes with the channels.

A methodological framework created by Play Digital Consulting, which allows to propose the principles of agility and LEAN under extreme situations of remote work, with this framework you can face the day to day operations within organizations covering 4 key elements: Idea Generation, Consolidation, Planning and Monitoring.

HL7
The HL7 Group is the worldwide entity that governs interoperability standards in the healthcare sector, being the regulator of the healthcare interoperability model in the Global Health evolution model.
